We all need help sometimes-whatever your stage of life and the challenges you’re facing, there is help.
Perhaps you are a student dealing with high school or college pressures, struggling to balance your academics and social life.
Maybe you are a mother struggling with postpartum depression, a family juggling the stress of kids and work, a couple experiencing marital discourse or coming to accept life as empty nesters – these are all challenges that come with navigating life.
If you are battling addiction and the damage associated with it – loss of your friends, your job, and even your own identity- there is help.
Whatever your story, life challenges us all, and I am here to help.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I engage in direct care helping individuals and families work through their obstacles. I utilize a mindset of patience and understanding, helping my patients learn to relax and cope with their struggles.
My patients learn to calmly accept their own infallibility and to trust in themselves. We gradually work through challenges and embrace the inevitable transitions of life. Side by side we work to find long term solutions that fit their individual journeys.
Once my patients begin their path to wellness, I stay with them every step of the way.
I invite you to reach out and talk with me. This first step is an important one, and I would be honored to help you take it and begin your journey towards a better life.
