Good Faith Estimate

Know what therapy will cost before you start.

Your right to an estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, if you don’t have insurance or aren’t using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care is expected to cost.

What the estimate covers

Your estimate lists the services we expect to provide, such as the session type and how many sessions, along with the expected charges. You can ask for one before you schedule, and we’ll give it to you in writing before your first session.

If your bill is higher

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Keep a copy of your estimate.
