My name is Lara Fastman. For the past 15 years I have embarked on a journey to find my purpose and move toward an authentic fulfillment in my career and my life. Through this process, I have discovered that I have a gift to give others. By looking into the conditions that block creative and innovative thinking, I help my clients unlock their potential for improvement. This empowers them to recognize their natural qualities and manifest their overall success in their careers and their lives.
Lara’s belief that counseling others enables them to live richer lives, led her to complete a graduate degree in social work from New York University, two years of training in psychoanalysis and credentials in addiction.
Through the use of research-based principles and tools, Lara effectively helps her clients find the right solutions to the difficulties that hold them back. A master at intuitively tapping into what is not being said, with a naturally therapeutic and realistic outlook, she helps others to open up channels of communication, bringing about a connection between individuals, teams and groups.
Born and raised in NY, and a wife and mother, Lara currently practices psychotherapy in three locations. However Lara’s life goals and vision keep expanding. Realizing that the majority of her clients are in the corporate world Lara has enhanced and re-directed her techniques by completing a certificate in business coaching.
Her company, Clear-Cut Coaching, utilizes a hands-on approach, offering extended support, one-on-one guidance, and group interaction, resulting in personal and professional growth and change. Conducted in confidential, private and personalized sessions, she expands perspective and creativity, builds leadership skills, and assists executives in exploring and assessing capabilities. She motivates, encourages and empowers those individuals so they can provide leadership with confidence and direction.
